With his upcoming project “Fway Season” on the way in a couple months C9’s Lil Champ decides to let go one of the early cuts that didn’t make the project just in time before the Summer’s over. Giving you a taste of what being “Fway” and having a “Fway Mindstate” is all about with a sample of what the project will sound like, Champ kicks rhymes about being “Chose” instead of “Choosing” simply stating that he looks good too and not to chase women. — @FreshN3rd

With the recent announcement of Last Rights & c9 teaming up to present “The Rising”, A monthly Hip Hop concert for and by South Florida’s talented underground artists from all over the city starting July 28th, as well as Phresh & NiC$ upcoming concerts next weekend in Orlando & Tampa with Cleveland MC & Slab Ent’s own Chip Tha Ripper on his “Gift Rap’s Tour”, and the recent Online success of Phresh James recent Mixtape “Just Practice” (Currently near 3,000 downloads), The c9 Family (Minus Personal) decided to keep the flow going & let loose this Freestyle over the YoungBloodz “85” flipping the title to the Miami Interstate. Be on the look out sometime next week for a very special J. NiC$ release as the “J. NiC$ For President” 2010 Campaign begins also!

Another taste of the home grown talent, Lil’ Champ always blows me away with his flow. He’s reminds me of what Really Doe or Chip Tha Ripper would sound like if they were from the M.I.A. Dope. Here’s some info:
After staying awfully quiet for awhile after dropping the “M.I.ALiens” mixtape with Phresh James earlier this year, Champ goes in over Soulja Boy’s “Bandz”. His solo mixtape “FWAY SEASON” should be due out later in the year but before that drops, you can expect to hear him on the upcoming c9 compilation mixtape which is dropping sometime in May featuring fellow crew members J.
